This cute off grid cabin has wonderful views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. It sits on the south side of Mt Blanca. Has beautiful views overlooking the valley. Bedroom is upstairs. The road to this cabin is a 4-wheel drive only road. The house was originally built in 2009 with the addition of the top floor in 2015. There is no septic tank installed nor is there a well. There is no public water or sewer in this area. This cozy little cabin has a lot of wildlife visitors and is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bathroom has a compostable toilet with a vent. There are a couple of cute little decks for enjoying the beautiful sunsets of the San Luis Valley. There is also a small storage shed for all your storage needs. This cabin really must be seen as it is a hidden little treasure. This is a perfect little hideaway.
