Piney Creek is master planned community of about 1800 homes in the city of Centennial. It is located on the eastern side of the Denver metropolitan area on top of a plateau just east of Parker Road. Its unique positioning located almost adjacent to Cherry Creek Reservoir offers residents views of the Front Range and from certain vantage points the mountains.

By being close to Cherry Creek State Park, many residents take advantage of the quick access to one of Colorado's finest fresh water-oriented recreational areas for boating and swimming in the summer months. The park also allows residents a variety of other activities and amenities such as a dog park, and trail access for biking or walking.

Piney Creek has more than a dozen individual filings, or subsections, bringing a unique diversity of homes and options to choose from.
