Status of the Colorado SB23-213 Land Use Bill
Lately I've had a number of discussions with homeowner's regarding the impact of the Colorado Land Use Bill that was up for vote in the last state legislative session. The bill has died. With the continued shortage of housing inventory in our state, this is just one of many proposed changes which could affect homeownership in a significant way.
