I am Colorado and Denver native! I know the history of this beautiful state and what it means to call Denver home. MISLEADING: Stories like this are often very misleading and meant to scare and draw attention a problem that is only part of the story. Especially for the Denver area. When numbers are at an all time low in 2020 because of loan forbearance programs a raise of 71% is small compared to the average foreclosure rate. And national numbers are not localized and type of home specific. Please let us talk if you are scared of foreclosures. Every situation is unique.
